Scope of Services. Through this Site, Drain Experts markets and arranges Drain Cleaning, Pipe Repair, Leak Repair, Sewer Replacement, Water Heater Service, Water Heater Replacement, Plumbing Inspections, Repiping. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://drainexpertsnm.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Drain Experts or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Drain Experts reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://drainexpertsnm.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Drain Experts makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Drain Experts arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Drain Experts from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NM law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NM for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
